Jolie-Laide Rosé Cabernet Franc + Gamay 2022

Inspired by some of our favorite rosés hailing from the Loire Valley. Our 2022 is a blend of Cabernet Franc from alluvial gravelly loam soils of Mendocino and high elevation Gamay from the granitic soils of El Dorado. 58% Cab Franc and 42% Gamay. Picked early and whole cluster pressed to stainless steel for fermentation to preserve bright acidity and freshness. Rested in neutral barrique for 6 months. Pure stone and earth, elegant pink coral hue with a perfumed nose of white nectarine, bitter orange and grapefruit citrus, strawberry, tarragon with a Campari-like quinine appeal. 12.8 % ABV
