44% Trousseau Noir, 22% Gamay, 18% Valdiguié, 13% Cabernet Pfeffer and 3% Poulsard

Emerging from several risk-taking vineyards dotted abound Northern California. As you can imagine these rare and unique varieties are extremely finite in the California landscape and we cherish the nonconformist growers who are willing to take a chance on the unknown. All components fermented separately, partially carbonic for brightness and all whole cluster adding to the complex spice aromas.

Delicate and lean, mineral-laden, cranberry scented with incense, tobacco, petrichor and black peppercorn.
