A truly unique rosé, this is a cofermentaion of Pinot Noir juice with Sauvignon Blanc berries, which is then aged in neutral french oak barrels for ten months. The resulting wine smells of lychee and cherry, with a grapefruit backbone. The wine is both bright and fresh, with nice phenolic tension on the palate.
