The most transparent expression of the Pansa Rosada. Organic rosé wine made from the Pansa Rosada variety (Xarel·lo vermell). The wine is named after a small and nervous passerine bird that never stops, distinguished by its long thin tail compared with one of the other warblers.

Pale pink salmon wine with slight violet reflections. High aromatic intensity highlights strawberry, pink grapefruit, and citrus aromas, with floral notes. Stylish entry point, recalling the fruits aromas described previously. Fruity, fresh, and very balanced on the palate with a slight tannic sensation and saline notes. Good acidity, delicate and persistent aftertaste.
